There's been a whole lot of bad news the past several years about the independent bookstore's future, so I was pleased to read the article below about owners of independent bookstores making a go of it in this business. Several times in the article , it is mentioned that 2012 was the best year for several stores. I like hearing that. Enjoy.

March 20, 2013: Captive in Iran

If you watch any news, even a little, you know Iran is in the news, a lot. Currently, an American pastor in Iran has been placed in jail for his faith, and his family here in the states is trying to gain his release by raising awareness with the media and government leaders. This pastor is jailed in the same prison as the authors of our new book, Captive in Iran were. As you can see below, this title will be receiving a lot of media attention.
